Today, I would like to share a significant decision that reflects our way of being.

Our organisation is founded on sound ethical principles and a deep dedication to improving people’s lives inside and outside the company. Our mission has always been to impact society through technology and innovation positively.

As you know, Kineton has become a Benefit Corporation, confirming our long-term commitment to social responsibility and the well-being of the community in which we live.

As a result of this important evolution, we have developed a Corporate Code of Ethics. This document clearly defines the principles and core values that guide us in every aspect of our work.

Let me be direct: this code is not simply a series of words on paper but represents the beating heart of the values on which Kineton was founded. It is not an empty formalism but a set of principles that have guided our actions since the company was founded. Every word written in this document results from our commitment to building an ethical, responsible and inclusive work environment. A commitment that goes beyond rhetoric and reflects our identity as a company.
