Kineton rewards its employees with an average of 1,000 Euros more in the paycheck

CEO Giovanni Fiengo: “Fair recognition for the important results achieved during 2021”.

“Last year, thanks to the passion and enthusiasm of our engineers – says Fiengo – Kineton has pursued gratifying results that have allowed the consolidation in the reference markets and the achievement of the objectives set. The company would like to thank its employees and collaborators for their constant participation in the life of the company in a time heavily conditioned by the continuing pandemic crisis. On average, employees were awarded a bonus of 1,000 euros for achieving increases in productivity, quality, efficiency, and innovation.”

The total amount paid out, to more than 400 employees, by the Campania-based company, in its fifth year running, exceeds 450 thousand euros in company costs, representing a new record for bonuses paid out by the engineering SME. An amount corresponding to 12,6% of EBITDA and 2,5% of the characteristic turnover. A choice in line with the company’s policies of targeted investment in its resources. The bonus will be paid in accordance with the procedures provided for by the regulations in force with the amounts due in March. New projects and new stimulating challenges await the young company with offices in Naples, Turin, Milan, Reggio Emilia, and recently in London, UK.
