Kineton Immobiliare was born from a strong and deeply human idea: creating shared value. It’s a project that puts people at the centre, offering all employees the chance to actively participate in the company’s growth through an innovative collective investment model.

In December 2019, Kineton Immobiliare (KIM) came to life—not just a real estate company, but a socially-driven initiative. A collective investment model promoted within the company, allowing employees to actively participate in the capital and in the development of strategic projects. A tangible way to involve those who contribute daily to the company’s success, allowing each person to play an active role in building our future.
The first step of this vision was the purchase of the Milan office, followed by the Turin location.

Today, KIM has launched an ambitious project in the San Giovanni a Teduccio neighborhood of Naples, acquiring a 19th-century building that will become Kineton’s future headquarters. The redevelopment, led by Kineton as part of the Kineton Lab initiative—PR Campania FESR 21/27, PR Campania FSE+ 21/27, and POC 14/20 – CUP: B65H23004400007 – Public notice: “Business support and investment attraction to strengthen the productive structure of the Campania Region.”, will bring to life a headquarters that is far more than just an office: it will include a padel court, relaxation areas, a gym, and a nursery, reflecting our concrete commitment to the well-being of people and their families.

Choosing this neighbourhood as our central office is not just a logistical decision. It’s about giving back to the community that has supported us, actively contributing to its transformation, and highlighting the beauty and potential of an area that has long been overlooked.
It’s a gesture of belonging, responsibility, and a shared vision with the community around us.
