Kineton Joins UN Global Compact: Concrete Commitment to Sustainable and Responsible Business Practices

Naples, Italy – 06/12/2025

Kineton is proud to announce its official participation in the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. This milestone marks a significant step in the company’s long-term commitment to integrating sustainable, ethical, and transparent business practices into all aspects of its operations.

By joining the UN Global Compact, Kineton pledges to align its strategy and operations with the Ten Universal Principles covering human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, and to contribute actively to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

“Joining the UN Global Compact is not just a milestone—it’s a declaration of intent,” said Giovanni Fiengo, CEO of Kineton. “As we continue to grow and expand globally, we do so with a deep sense of responsibility to people, the planet, and future generations. We are committed to turning principles into action and using innovation to create a positive impact.”

As a participant of the initiative, Kineton will submit an annual Communication on Progress (CoP), outlining its actions and progress in implementing the Ten Principles.

Kineton’s decision to join the UN Global Compact is rooted in its broader vision of using innovation as a catalyst for positive change. By embedding sustainability and ethical principles into every layer of its operations, Kineton aims to lead with integrity, foster transparency, and amplify its impact as a responsible player in the tech and engineering sectors.
