The Products & Platforms area is seeking a highly qualified and motivated “Team Leader” to create and lead the SecDevOps and Security Cloud team.

Your opportunity:

This key position will be responsible for ensuring the security of our cloud-based applications and development systems. As well as driving the evolution of security and DevOps practices within the organization and at our customers, proposing and developing solutions and products requested by customers.

Activities:

• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the SecDevOps and Security Cloud team, ensuring collaboration and excellence in the execution of assigned tasks.
• Security Strategy: Contribute to the definition and implementation of a cloud security and DevOps strategy, including threat assessment and countermeasure planning.
• SecDevOps Best Practices: Drive the adoption of SecDevOps best practices, including the integration of security into development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Cloud Security: Oversee the implementation of security measures in cloud environments, including secure configuration, identity and access management, and encryption.
• Vulnerability Management: Coordinate vulnerability scanning, risk assessment, and treatment of identified vulnerabilities.
• Compliance and Audit: Ensure operations meet safety regulations and facilitate internal and external audits.
• Identity and Access Management: Implement identity and access management policies and tools to ensure authorized access to resources.
• Incident Response: Prepare and coordinate response to security incidents, ensuring documentation and continuous improvement.
• Training and Development: Provide training and team development support, promoting a culture of professional growth.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, DevOps or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of SecDevOps practices and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience managing teams or leading projects.
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Orientation towards results and problem solving.
