This thesis aims to study the current I/O interfaces of the most used HIL systems in the powertrain field to design and develop an expansion module for analog input and output channels controllable via a CAN communication protocol. This module will be designed and developed in Kicad and will be tested in the laboratory to verify the correct functioning. The communication interface will be based on the Texas Instrument system and C language.
