Heinrich-Gerhard Schüring has joined Kineton as its new Chief Operating Officier

Kineton, a fast-growing Software start-up based in Napoli announces that Heinrich Gerhard (HG) Schüring has joined the company as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help the company with its very ambitious growth plan.

HG Schüring will be part of the executive leadership team and will report directly to Giovanni Fiengo, co-founder and CEO. He will be leading the KineRace25 activities, which are focusing on expanding the Product Portfolio into new strategic markets and deliver a continued flawless execution supported by a strong and sustainable growth of the team. This newly created role at Kineton demonstrates how the company will address their plans with a focus on company growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, and expansion to new verticals.

HG Schüring comes to Kineton from Marelli, where he served as Executive Vice President (EVP) for the Business Unit Electronics and later was responsible for the area ADAS. Directly before joining Kineton in his new role, he advised start-ups in scaling for business growth implementing solid strategic product portfolios. In addition, he is currently Chairman of the Board of Management for Easyrain, a start-up in the vehicle safety area.
