The Automotive area is looking for a “HIL configurator” for a major client operating in the sector.
Your opportunity:
You will be responsible for managing tools, hardware and software, for Hardware in the Loop systems.
Key requirements:
- Master’s degree in Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar;
- 2 – 3 years of professional experience in automotive projects;
- Advanced skills in Mathworks tools (Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow and toolbox);
- Excellent knowledge of measuring instruments for electronic and electrotechnical apparatus;
- Good ability to approach physical models of medium complexity;
- Good skills for configuring test benches;
- Basic knowledge of the components and logic used in electric vehicles;
- Good knowledge of HW and SW debugging tools used in the automotive sector (e.g. ETAS, Vector, etc.);
- Excellent knowledge of dSpace and/or Nationa Instruments tools at both user and configurator levels;
- Soft skills: problem-solving orientation, good communication, team leader;
- Good knowledge of microcontroller and FPGA-based systems.
Will also be positively evaluated:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably backed up by study and/or work experience abroad;
- Strong motivation and orientation toward team working;
- Willingness to travel and relocate.
