Development of a Power Active Load device for Hardware in the loop applications

The thesis aims to design, implement and characterize an active load based on MOSFET or IGBT devices, implemented and controlled by a microcontroller. The power sizing will be defined during the Kickoff phases of the thesis.

Internship main topic:

Power Electronics, Basic Electronics, Microcontrollers.

Candidate requirements/Course of study:

Knowledge of the C language, and ability to use laboratory instruments. Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics with an electronic orientation.
